1. Conductor Rail

2. Collector (Current Collector)
   A key component that establishes electrical contact with the conductor rail. Collectors are designed to withstand vibration, friction, and temperature variations to maintain consistent performance.
3. Insulators and Supports
   Used to fix and insulate the conductor rail from the installation structure (e.g., steel beams, frames). Insulators are made of high-strength insulating materials (e.g., glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic) to prevent electrical leakage and ensure safety. Supports allow adjustable positioning of the rail to align with the equipment’s movement path.
4. End Caps and Joints
   End caps seal the ends of the conductor rail to prevent dust, debris, or moisture ingress. Joints connect adjacent rail sections, ensuring smooth electrical continuity and mechanical stability, even in long-stroke applications.
